Refund policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@paw-kitt.com with a photo and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

If you change your mind after ordering but before your item has shipped, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll cancel and refund in full.

We're unable to accept returns on undamaged, correctly described items once they've shipped. We don't charge restocking fees.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
