Orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days. Delivery to the United States then takes 10โ€“20 business days (the exact window is on each product page).

Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse. You can follow it on 17track.net or the carrier's website.

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of your ship date, email support@paw-kitt.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and resolve it โ€” either by reshipping or issuing a full refund.

If your item is damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll replace it or refund you in full. We're unable to accept returns on undamaged items once shipped. See our full Returns Policy for details.

Materials vary by product and the full specs are on each product page โ€” for example, food-grade silicone and BPA-free plastic on the Paw Cleaner Cup and Lick Mat, food-grade PP plastic on the Slow-Feed Bowl, and ultra-absorbent microfiber on the Drying Robe. If you have a specific material concern or allergy, email us before ordering.
